Our Premises – Access, Translators and Disabled Patients

Our aim is to continue to provide you with a good standard of health care, while adapting and improving our practice to meet the demands of modern medicine.

Our consulting rooms are upstairs. Please do not worry if you cannot climb the stairs but do tell us when booking so we can arrange for you to be seen downstairs. In order to facilitate this for you, please speak to us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements – please call us on 0115 8967878 and speak to Beth.

We welcome disabled patients, and the lower floor is easily accessible by wheelchair from the rear of the building. Please ring the bell and we can have the door opened for you.

Guide dogs are welcome on our premises.

Interpreter Services:

If you are in need of an interpreter, please let us know when you book your appointment. The translating service that we use (Language Line) is available at an additional cost.

Entrance to Disabled Access:

The entrance to our car park/wheelchair access is opposite Nottingham Playhouse. It is a narrow alleyway between two buildings.

We located on the left side of the car park, buzz at the blue door (no.16) and we will be down to open it for you.

This car park is allocated to many buildings on Regent Street.  Please note that there we are only allowed to use a limited number of spaces. Please refrain from using parking spaces that are not marked for Park Private Clinic as this may result in a parking ticket.

Metered parking is available immediately outside the clinic with all surrounding roads having designated parking areas on a metered basis. Currently the cost is £1 for the first half an hour of parking.

Park Private Clinic is happy to pay for the first hour of on street parking on/around Regent Street for all our disabled clients who are unable to find a parking space and present their parking ticket for a refund.

Information for Carers:

If you are a carer for a patient, please let the Practice know so your details can be added to our database.
